Foundation concrete is minimum 3000psi mix, 8" thick, reinforced with 1/2" steel bars, and polypropylene fibers included for added strength.
Below grade foundation exterior has a rubber membrane applied for water proofing that carries a 10-year warranty against water infiltration. This product is environmentally friendly, unlike the petroleum based "damp proof" products.
Foundation drainage consists of 3" perforated flexible piping along the inside perimeter of the house footer below the basement floor. Water is then removed either by gravity away from the house or by means of a sump pump.

Exterior walls studs are 2"x 4" white fir or equivalent and spaced at 16" on center (o.c.). Lumber in contact with concrete or soil is pressured treated.
Roof trusses or rafters are western hemlock or equivalent spaces at 24" o.c. Sheathing is 7/16" osb covered with fiberglass shingles over 15 lb felt paper.
Interior walls are framed with 2" x 4" or 2" x 6" white or equivalent studs spaced at 24" o.c.
